Milk Processing Apprentice
A processing associate is expected to be able to work efficiently while ensuring that all machines are functioning properly. Maintain sanitation standards and keep both the department and workstation organized. Align capper for minimal cap loss, set up labeler. Responsible for filling of bottles, assuring they are sealed correctly and put on carts for sale and storage in the cooler. Part Time position, 16 – 20 hours per week. Cross training is available if more hours are desired.
Kitchen Manager
Directly responsible for all kitchen functions including: food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards, sanitation and cleanliness, training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control and sanitation and cleanliness. Kitchen Manager is expected to maintain constant communication with the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Kitchen Manager.
44 hours per week, various shifts. Every-other weekend. $23-$26/hour.
PM Kitchen Supervisor
Full or part time. Able to learn and supervise people in all Back of House positions. Line/Prep Cook, Buffet, Dish-room etc. Flexible starting time between 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm through 9:00-10:00 pm
Deli Associate
Available afternoons 1 pm – close. 3 – 4 days a week. Expected to be able to communicate well with customers and be as personable and friendly as possible while taking and filling their orders of deli products. Deli associates are also responsible for keeping the service and self-service case looking nice and wrapping products as necessary.
Seafood Associate
Shifts approx. 10 am – 6 pm, 3 days a week. Expected to be able to provide prompt, knowledgeable service to customers over the phone or in person. Seafood associates are also responsible for keeping the department and reach-in case clean and tidy. A seafood associate will also be responsible for some packing and wrapping of seafood items for pre-packed cases.
Bakery Associate
Shifts approx. 8 am – 4 pm, 3 days a week. Responsible for customer interaction, including answering bakery/special cake order related questions. Responsible for keeping the department sanitized and clean. Will mix, bake, package and prepare frozen dough products.
Restaurant Server/Host
Provide friendly, responsive service aimed at creating exceptional dining experiences for all of our guests. Evenings and weekends required. 18 years of age.
Produce Prep Kitchen
Responsible for preparing specialty produce recipes and fruit trays, proper stocking and rotation of merchandise in the produce department. Associates are expected to be able to answer customer questions regarding produce. Part time, includes weekends.
Meat Associate
Responsible for maintaining the reach-in meat case and counters. Will spend time at the counter helping customers with meat related questions and requests. May be asked to use several different meat machines for simple processing and wrapping functions. Evenings & Weekends.
