Oregon Driver Training Institute (ODTI) is now hiring Driver Education Instructors! We are looking for passionate, motivated, and reliable individuals to help teach the next generation of safe drivers. We offer both teen driver education programs and private instruction.

What We’re Looking For:

Responsible and friendly personality.
Passion for teaching and mentoring.
At least 24 years of age .
No more than two traffic violations in the past two years.
Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and mentor students in safe driving practices and techniques.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to adult learners.
• Manage classroom dynamics to foster a positive learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate effectively with students to enhance their understanding of driving principles.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom setting, ensuring all materials are readily available.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
