Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen
- Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently to support the kitchen and dining staff
Qualifications:
- Oregon Food Handler’s Card required (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- No experience required—on-the-job training provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
