Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various massage techniques, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to enhancing the well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal.
- Assess clients’ needs and create personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Educate clients about the benefits of massage therapy and recommend home care regimens.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Stay current with industry trends and continue professional development.
Requirements:
- Valid massage therapy license.
- Prior experience as a massage therapist is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and trust.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
