The Garden View Restaurant at the Oregon Garden Resort is seeking an experienced and passionate full-time Line Cook Cook to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and workstation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Experience with a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
