Oregon Garden Resort seeks a friendly and professional Part-time Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking in and out guests, answering phone calls, making reservations, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and check them in and out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Provide information about the hotel and local area to guests
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Communicate effectively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old
