Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support NIH Stroke Certification State License 1 Verification Job Details Radiologic Technologist / Hybrid OR Start Date : 4 / 21 / 25 Assignment includes OR procedures, Endoscopy procedures, inpatient, day patient, outpatient workflows, and three work sites (South Waterfront / CHH2 as well as the OR and Endoscopy Unit at the Main OHSU Hospital). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Assists physician during cases while operating a variety of complex radiologic imaging equipment including fluoroscopy, digital subtraction angiography, and ultrasonography and cone beam CT application. 2. Prep the patient and prepare supplies under sterile conditions for the procedure. Scrub in with the physician and assist in performing procedure if needed. 3. Accurately obtains x-rays for the exams while being respectful to the patient’s abilities and safety issues. 4. In collaboration with other staff, provides patient care during examinations. 5. Operates automatic injectors and selects the appropriate contrast agent for the patient and the exam under the direction of the physician. 6. Work independently on-call with department physicians and nurse. Job Requirements IR and / or Cath Lab experience, no need for endo specific experience Primary Source Verification must be run within 60 days prior to start REQUIRED FOR PANDA TRANSPORT ONLY : Traveler must have a WA state license in addition to an OR state license. Schedule Information 4x10s 0700-1730 On Call Required : overnight 1730 - 0700 (1-2 nights / wk) and weekends 24hr Sat & Sun (1 / mo) Additional Details A valid government-issued photo ID is required. Must be presented on first day to obtain OHSU ID badge.
