Certification Details ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support BLS - Basic Life Support NIH Stroke Certification State License 1 Verification Job Details VAD Coordinator Minimum 5 years cardiac clinical experience with an understanding of adult cardiology and cardiothoracic critical care patients or a minimum of 3 years current experience. Looking for an experienced CVICU RN who has recent hands-on experience with VADs in the last year. LVAD coordinator will manage inbaskets and triage signs and symptoms. Job Requirements ACLS required BLS required Current state licensure in Oregon Required within 60 days : Primary Source Verification Additional Details A valid government-issued photo ID is required on the first day to obtain OHSU ID badge. Stroke CEU required annually.
