For more information regarding the Oregon Tech Library(ies), please visit : https : / / www.oit.edu / library / about Position Summary The Director of the Portland Metro Campus Library will manage and oversee all activities and operations of the Portland Metro Campus Library.
Working actively with local campus administration, faculty, students and staff, this position provides leadership and vision for the Portland Metro Campus Library operations. Reporting to the University Librarian, this position works with the libraries management team to provide access to library resources for students, faculty and staff at the Portland Metro Campus and through other non-Klamath Falls locations, including the dental hygiene clinic in Salem and online learning. This position will oversee the Oregon Tech OER program. Minimum Requirements Additional Requirements
- Master of Library Science degree or equivalent from an ALA-accredited institution.
- 3 or more years of experience in an academic library with progressive responsibilities.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse community.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Demonstrated OER project management skills.
- Demonstrated data gathering and analysis skills.
