Minimum Requirements :
- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
- BLS and NRP required
- 22 deliveries per month, 18 - 22 patients per day in clinic
- Covering OB and GYN in the clinic & then being on call for OB deliveries, no GYN surgeries
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
