We are currently looking for a LEADER for one of our offices in the Beaverton area. This individual will have operational control of the entire operations, including staffing, operations and customer service. This is a big job for someone who wants to show that they can drive results while ensuring outstanding care for our patients.
Medical experience is not necessary! We are looking for a demonstrated leader, and we are willing to train the right person with everything they need to know to effectively run one of our offices.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for managing chiropractic and physical medicine to deliver outstanding patient experiences and to achieve daily operational goals.
- Daily, weekly and monthly analysis of operational plans to identify and implement continuous improvements
- Ensure goals are achieved in various aspects of the business: Chiropractic based on KPI metrics.
- Regular training/drilling/simulations to ensure an outstanding culture; staff works as a team to deliver excellent service to patients and excellent production
- Make sure all staff understands the final valuable product and the production they are responsible for in their job role.
- Become informed to speak to all services offered by Oregon Medical Centers
- Providing Stats to Office Manager and Senior Management on a monthly basis
- Assist doctors in patient education to achieve outstanding outcomes
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions, and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
- Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
- Flexibility to assist staff to adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
- Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee employees
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
Requirements/Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years management experience (Required)

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 β 40 per week
