Position: Patient Services Manager
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Patient Services Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and answering phone calls
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks
- Utilize office software efficiently to support daily operations
- Provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and warmth
