Location:
We serve individuals in Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington County. This job is field work, and you will not need to come into the office. We have inviduals for you to serve local to your area, so no extensive traveling. No overtime as we pride ourselves in fostering a healthy work and life balance.
Job Details:
- The Agency has clients in Clackamas, Washington & Multnomah County
- 20-40 Hours weekly depending on your needs
- Contracted with ODDS, Vocational Rehabilitation, Oregon Commission for the Blind, and Oregon Department of Disabilities
- 1:1 Supports $23.00 Hourly
- Group Community or Group ADL Supports $23.00 Hourly
- Job Coaching $25.00 Hourly

DSP Qualifications:
- Pass a criminal, driving, and CPS background check (CRIMS);
- Independent thinker;
- Own a smartphone/tablet;

- Have reliable transportation and proof of insurance;
- Minimum of 100k/300k liability insurance;
- Patient and compassionate;
- Dependable, reliable, and committed;
- Problem Solver;
- Have solid life skills in order to teach life skills.

- VR & ODDS Employment Supports: $25.00
