Oregon High School is seeking a full-time Associate Principal to work with approximately 1,300 amazing students in grades 9-12. This is a 260-day contract position with ability to work nights and weekends as needed for school events. This person also serves as a summer school principal.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with staff on forwarding our Theory of Action in a way that centers equity and inclusion. High school leadership and knowledge of special education programming is strongly preferred.
Candidates should demonstrate experience in the areas of data analysis, supporting Professional Learning Communities and content area departments, and leading systems of student intervention and support.
