Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient intake for both clinic and telehealth appointments to ensure a smooth experience.
- Accompany patients during medical visits, accurately taking and organizing medical notes.
- Schedule medical care and diagnostic tests as directed by physicians.
- Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility.
- Assist in processing prescription refills and referrals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to our team's success.
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in medical assisting.
- Valid Medical Assistant certification.
- Exceptional customer service skills and dedication to quality care.
- Familiarity with Athena electronic health records system is a plus, but not required.
- Outstanding work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective verbal and written communication skills.

- We are pleased to announce a sign-on bonus of $1,000 for the selected candidate for this position. This bonus will be granted upon successful completion of six months of continuous, full-time employment. To qualify for the bonus, the employee must remain in good standing throughout the probationary period and maintain their full-time status.
