Summary: Our dispatchers are critical in connecting people to the resources that they need. Each dispatcher is set up with a computer and telephone where they can perform the job of directing drivers to their specified locations. You would be responsible for answering phones and entering customer information and work to optimize efficient systems.
Dispatcher Responsibilities:
· Use telephones, two-way radios, or text messages to contact drivers
· Speak with supervisors or customers to resolve problems and request for service
· Keep and organize work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, and charges for work performed.
· Ability to relay information in a fast-paced, office environment
· 10–12-hour shifts
· Interact with clients professionally at all times
· Have great customer service skills
· Day shift or night shift availability (Wage differential for Graveyard position.)
· Monday to Friday
· Weekend availability a plus

Dispatcher requirements:
· Ability to pass a drug test (including marijuana)
· Ability to pass a background check
· Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others
· Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties
· No major felonies
· Familiarity with the area
· Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
· High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
