OFFICE SPECIALIST 2 – HEALTH SERVICES OFFICE SPECIALIST
Woodburn, Oregon - MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility
Join our team as the Health Services Office Specialist 2 at MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility. In this role, you'll maintain medical files, ensure confidentiality, screen calls, and provide exceptional customer service to youth and staff. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing client billings, ordering supplies, and supporting office operations using systems like EPIC and JJIS. You'll also coordinate transportation for medical appointments. If you have experience with electronic health records (like EPIC), we want to hear from you! Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Monday through Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

What You Need to Qualify:
  • Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents
OR;
  • An associate degree in any field
OR;
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.

In recognition of the rights, safety, and well-being of the youth we serve you will be asked specific questions about your background to ensure our hiring and promotion practices comply with National PREA standards.
All OYA employees are required to submit to a two-step TB test to establish a TB free "base line."
