Position Overview:
This part-time position offers the opportunity to support our Director of Admissions in a variety of essential tasks. As a Marketing & Admissions Assistant, you will be instrumental in bringing new residents into our care, promoting our services across multiple platforms, and building strong relationships with healthcare providers and family members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Admissions: Assist the Admissions Director in all aspects of the admission process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for prospective residents.
- Collaborate with Facility Teams: Work closely with SNF managers and staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
- Insurance Coordination: Partner with health insurance companies to ensure coverage and smooth transitions for new residents.
- Marketing Strategy: Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives to raise awareness of Orem Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing across hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and other healthcare facilities.
- Community Outreach: Visit potential residents, build strong relationships with their families, and represent Orem Rehabilitation in the community.
- Family Support: Provide guidance and support to families throughout the admissions process, ensuring they feel informed and cared for.
- Special Projects: Assist the Admissions Director with various marketing and administrative projects as needed.

- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in healthcare marketing or admissions is a plus, but not required.
