What are the responsibilities and job description for the Continuous Improvement Supervisor position at Orepac Holding Company?
PAY: $60k to $65k, D.O.E.

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Supervisor to champion safety procedures and policies, lead the Continuous Improvement Program, ensure quality standards throughout operations (Quality Control), and provide systems support for WMS and BisTrack. Providing operational support and conducting branch audits and trainings are essential to this position. Our ideal candidate prioritizes safety and has strong communication, problem solving, leadership, and analytical skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
- Implement and audit maintenance of KPI Boards
- Training of CI Program and audit events for accuracy and sustainability
- Implement and audit production recap and current day production levels
- Lead and audit daily team meetings
SAFETY:
- Prepare and conduct monthly safety training sessions for all employees where relevant
- Lead injury and incident inquiries, evaluations and reporting
QUALITY CONTROL:
- Employee training and audits of process, product and acceptability of end products
- Shop assessments and recommendations for equipment, tools and man power
SYSTEMS SUPPORT (WMS, BISTRACK, MARKETPLACE):
- Investigate, support and resolve system errors
- Employee training on proper system processes focused on operational efficiency, inventory and order entry accuracy
- Document, in detail, systems process resolutions for training and compliance
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Capability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to train and speak in front groups of employees
- Effective collaboration skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP Systems, and Marketplace or aptitude to learn and understand such systems
- Excellent problem solving/resolution skills
- Ability to hold people and processes accountable
- Strong analytical skills
- Passion for safety
