Position: NeoLoad Test Engineer (Performance Tester)
Location: Lisle, IL
Length: 6 months
Shift: Hybrid Onsite – 2-3 days Onsite a week – MANDATORY
Job Description:
- Years of Experience: 5 to 7 Years of QA Experience overall
- Certifications: NeoLoad Professional Certification - Mandatory
- Test Management Tools: QTest, JIRA ALM are plus
- Neo Load Experience: 5 Years - Mandatory
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Performance Test Engineer or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with NeoLoad performance testing tools.
- Familiarity with other tools like JMeter and LoadRunner is a plus.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with performance testing concepts (including load testing, stress testing).
- Experience leading E2E performance testing for assigned projects.
- Experience with NFR management and extrapolation.
- Strong knowledge of performance engineering concepts.
- Experience in all aspects of performance testing including test planning, documentation, execution, defect management, and reporting
- Experience with Ready API to Create and Manage Virtual Services preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
