Senior Project Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Technical Delivery Management: Lead the successful delivery of contact center application projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Financial Management Transition: Manage the separation and transfer of financial management responsibilities to the PMO, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing oversight of budgets, resource allocation, and forecasting.
- Communication & Execution: Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, while driving execution and ensuring clarity in communication.
- Presentation Creation: Prepare and deliver presentations using master templates to executive leadership and upper management, highlighting project progress, risks, and key outcomes.
- Agile Methodology: Leverage Agile frameworks to deliver projects on time, within scope, and meeting business objectives. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, lead sprint planning, and manage the project backlog.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for the technical team, working under pressure to drive the team to deliver results in high-pressure situations.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed and that business pressures are effectively translated into actionable work for the team.
- Project Prioritization: Oversee and prioritize multiple concurrent projects, managing shifting priorities and tight deadlines to meet organizational goals.
Senior Project Manager Must-Have Skills:
- 7-10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior Project Manager role.
- Strong experience in managing contact center application projects, including contact center technologies and related applications.
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced environments.
- Experience transitioning financial management responsibilities and working with PMO to separate financial duties.
- Expertise in creating and presenting executive-level presentations using master templates and company-standard formatting.
Senior Project Manager Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Airline industry experience
