Direct Worker EVERY SAT AND SUN 6AM-6PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated DIRECT WORKER to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care and support to individuals in need of mental health services.

MUST HAVE VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE

HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS

SHIFT - SAT &SUN DAYS 6 AM - 6PM - 12 HR DAYS

Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing direct patient care under the supervision of medical staff
- Monitor and record vital signs of patients
- Support patients with activities of daily living
- Ensure patient safety and well-being at all times
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress
- Uphold patient rights and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans
- Assist in crisis intervention when necessary

Experience:
- Experience in hospice care, home care, or a similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficiency in taking vital signs and providing patient care
- Knowledge of resident rights and ethical standards in healthcare
- Ability to lift and move patients safely when needed
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
- Valid driver's license for potential patient transport
