Job Description/Summary
Organic Green Lawn Care is seeking a friendly hardworking individual with administrative experience to come work in our office. Full time position available. Applicant will work directly and cooperatively under the office manager. Overtime hours will be necessary during busier times of the year, spring and fall.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks and work throughout all aspects of the company.
- Previous experience in customer service required.
- Effective communication skills through email and phone.
- Great organization and time management skills.
- Strong computer skills with familiarity with QuickBooks.
- Quick/Eager learner.
- Hours: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Monday-Friday.

- Answering and routing phone calls
- Greeting visitors
