Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
- Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Execute deep cleaning tasks as scheduled or requested, including carpet cleaning and window washing.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
Skills
- Experience in hotel housekeeping management or industrial cleaning is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices and cleaning techniques.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in floor care techniques, including the use of various cleaning equipment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
