Position Summary
As Juice Bar Clerk at Organic Roots Temecula INC, you are responsible for providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Juice Bar clerks are responsible for preparing drinks including freshly made juices and smoothies. This position requires heavy customer contact and excellent customer service skills. A positive attitude is required at all times in order to ensure the return of our customers who are the reason for our business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Prepare juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls, pour Kombucha on tap
Services juice bar counter
Prepares foods for resale
Accurately handles cash and reconciles change due to customers
Opens and/or closes the juice bar as scheduled
Maintains cleanliness in every area of the store at all times
Delivers quality customer service at all times
Presents a positive attitude towards the job and coworkers
Have a strong organization and planning skills; able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Follow company policies and supervisors’ instructions
Be dependable and reliable having the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business changes; including nights, weekends and holidays
Assist the Juice Bar Manager on placing orders with our vendors
Assist the Juice Bar Manager with inventories
Prepare and follow the Juice Bar break schedule
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
High School Diploma or GED graduate preferred
3 months or more of customer service experience
Ability to handle stress under pressure
Ability to provide quality customer service
Ability to learn and use technical equipment (e.g. juicers, blenders)
Ability to accurately exchange currency with the customers
Ability to reconcile all cash and currency
Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment
Ability to learn and use company computer to input data
Ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
Physical Demands and Work Environment

The employee regularly comes into contact with water, sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and produce items. The employee is frequently required to wash hands. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
