As a Produce Clerk at Organic Roots, you are responsible for providing a high level of customer service. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast pace environment, then we want to hear from you!
Produce Clerk requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have an open availability
- Highly motivated to deliver exceptional customer service, greeting customers and answering questions in a welcoming manner, being attentive to the customer’s needs
- Proactively seeking opportunities for continuous learning to better understand the products and services maintained by Organic Roots to support customers desiring a healthier lifestyle
- Collaborate with a diverse group of employees
- Reliable and dependable; ability to follow direction
- Enjoy working with a sense of urgency within a fast paced environment
- Be able to perform general housekeeping in the department
- Basic knowledge of math, weights and measurements required
- Have the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business changes including nights, weekends and holidays
- Be able to perform other related duties as assigned
Desired Skills:
- Previous grocery retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with organic foods and alternative diets preferred
Wage Scale
Min $17.00 Hour Pay
Mid $18.65 Hourly Pay
Max $20.50 Hourly Pay
