Summary Of Role
The CALF Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean working environment, assisting with the loading and unloading of products, preparing products for CALF production and transfer of goods to the Distribution Center. This is a safety sensitive role.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Base salary/hourly wage range: $18.00 per hour - $22.40 per hour
The typical hourly wage for a new hire is $19.00. This position also receives a $1.00 per hour shift premium between the hours of 6pm and 6am, and a $1.00 per hour shift premium on Saturdays and Sundays. This salary/hourly wage range is exclusive of fringe benefits. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses. If you are hired at CROPP, your final base salary/hourly wage compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that entry-level candidates to this role should expect to be at the lower end of the salary/hourly wage range and hiring at the maximum of the salary/hourly wage range is not typical.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Operate various types fork lifts and pallet jacks.
- Receive and organize all incoming products, packaging and production related materials.
- Enter and receive transfers/SO #’s for product.
- Count and verify products on all incoming documentation.
- Select product for orders, load semi trailers, and create bills of lading as necessary.
- Inventory all product and supplies as needed.
- Communicate with internal and external customers.
- Operate various types of sanitation equipment.
- Remain in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist with production as necessary.
- Communicate to specific staff to ensure various products are sent correctly.
- Maintain a clean working environment, placing an emphasis on documentation and consistency in environmental testing results.
- Notify maintenance staff of cooler and equipment problems immediately.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- GED or high school diploma preferred.
- Basic computer skills required, including a working knowledge Microsoft Outlook.
- Knowledge of ERP system preferred.
- Ability to calculate math equations correctly.
- Must be well organized, detail oriented, and accurate.
- Ability to multi-task and adjust to the demands of the job.
- Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jacks, and sanitation equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and 120 lbs with assistance
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and working conditions.
