Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct production staff to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, fair employment practices, and good manufacturing practices
- Coordinate staff schedules to meet production requirements
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including butter, intake, and HTST teams
- Manage production and sanitation records, reviewing them on a routine basis
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of production-related experience in the dairy industry
- 1 year of experience in coordinating, supervising, or training employees in a production environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to frequently lift/carry up to 60 pounds, occasionally lift (up to) 80 pounds with assistance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word preferred
