Your Role:
As the driving force behind our scheduling operations, you’ll ensure that our services run smoothly and that every client interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
- Master Scheduler – Lead the charge in creating, managing, and adjusting schedules to meet client needs, balance workloads, and optimize resources. Your scheduling expertise will keep everything on track and on time.
- Client Coordination– Connect with clients, understand their needs, and transform inquiries into confirmed appointments, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and a great start to their service.
- Optimize Routes & Appointments – Strategically plan schedules for efficiency, adjusting quickly to changes or requests to maximize time and resources.
- Support Our Team Provide clear, proactive communication to our cleaning professionals so they’re fully prepared for each job, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise on the go.
- Inbound Sales – Be the first point of contact for potential clients. Handle incoming inquiries with a warm, professional approach, providing information on services, pricing, and availability, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Administrative Support – Maintain accurate client records, update key performance indicators, and assist with data that informs our decision-making.

Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Previous clerical and administrative experience
- Customer service orientation with effective phone etiquette
- Familiarity with office management practices
- Background in data entry, filing, and calendar management
- Skills using scheduling software of CRM platforms to keep client information organized
