Position Summary – Night Shift Commercial Janitor
We’re looking for a reliable, self-motivated night owl to join our commercial cleaning team. You’ll help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment using green cleaning methods and products—while getting a great workout in the process.
What You’ll Do:
- Clean and sanitize commercial spaces after-hours (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, etc.)
- Use OrganiClean’s nontoxic cleaning products safely and effectively
- Lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) as part of routine tasks
- Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to supervisors
- Follow cleaning checklists and uphold OrganiClean’s quality standards
- Occasionally assist with deep cleaning projects or seasonal tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning (preferred, not required)
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and being on your feet for extended periods
- Independent, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work late evening or overnight shifts
