Summary
We are seeking a professional commercial Janitor to join our team at OrganiClean. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, using our environmentally friendly cleaning products. Your efforts will contribute significantly to our mission of providing safe and healthy environments for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in residential and commercial properties according to OrganiClean standards.
- Use non-toxic cleaning products effectively while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or facility maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning practices is a plus.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
