✨ Your Role: Sales & Scheduling Specialist
You’ll be the first voice potential clients hear—and the steady hand that keeps our schedule running like clockwork. You’ll use your natural communication skills and sales ability to help people feel heard, cared for, and confident in choosing OrganiClean. Your work directly supports our mission to provide exceptional service to every client, every time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sales & Client Onboarding
Respond to inbound inquiries, build trust, explain our services clearly, and confidently convert leads into long-term clients. You’re not pushy—you’re persuasive because you care.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management
Create, manage, and adjust cleaning schedules to keep routes efficient and clients happy. You’ll juggle a lot—and do it with grace.
- Team Communication
Keep our field staff informed, supported, and ready to succeed with proactive, kind communication.
- Process Improvement
See something that could be better? Speak up. We love initiative and welcome fresh ideas to make our systems smoother and our client experience even better.
- Administrative Support
Keep client records organized, track key metrics, and help keep our office operations running like a dream.
You’re a Strong Fit If You:
- Have 2 years of experience in sales, client services, or scheduling
- Are confident, charismatic, and great on the phone
- Can guide a conversation, read between the lines, and close a sale with heart
- Know how to manage a field service calendar, stay organized, and adapt when plans shift
- Thrive in a structured, fast-paced office setting
- Are skilled with Google Workspace and CRM or scheduling platforms
- Want to work full-time, in person, at our Thomaston office
