The purpose of the work: 

Assist Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) in making an impact and achieving their goals by improving performance, improving organization effectiveness, and making strategic changes within their pre-award and post-award acquisition, SRRB management, financial management, and administrative support services. 

ODRG, LLC is seeking an Acquisition Data Project Lead who has experience developing tools to streamline acquisitions, particularly by integrating automated systems to enhance the pre-award and post-award acquisition processes. A successful candidate will manage projects efficiently, ensure compliance with DSCA guidelines, and enhance user support services. In this role, strong leadership skills, communication skills, and experience navigating complex project environments are required. 

The Work Location: Remote 

What You'll Do.

Provide technical expertise to support Pre-Award and Post-Award Acquisition Support, requirements definition, development, coordination, execution, and technology transition. Support Joint Service program testing, engineering, execution, and data collection analysis. 

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery in accordance with DSCA standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Conduct regular project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study, such as Business, Computer Science or Programming, OR Certifications in IT Microsoft fundamental or A certifications, and five (5) additional years of relevant experience. 
• Minimum of two (2) year of pre award contract administration experience or related experience in contracting.  
• Prior positions that demonstrate knowledge of the FAR and DFAR 
• To meet the needs of DSCA's OCONUS customers in Germany, Alaska, and Hawaii, this support team is required to provide support during nonbusiness hours to account for six (6) hours ahead and behind Eastern Standard Time (EST) during peak periods (such as fiscal year-end). 

Security Clearance Requirements: 

• This position requires you to have an active DoD Secret Clearance. A government background investigation will be conducted on selected applicants to determine whether they qualify for access to classified information.

When determining a salary for this role, the following factors may be taken into consideration: contract-specific affordability, education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience.
