Key Responsibilities:
- Be the Go-To Insurance Advisor - Build lasting relationships with clients, understand their unique insurance needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Manage Policies with Precision - Process new policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
- Analyze & Optimize Coverage - Review client portfolios, assess risks, and collaborate with underwriters to secure the best coverage options.
- Be a Claims Advocate - Assist clients through the claims process, ensuring a smooth experience and timely resolution.
- Stay Ahead of the Market - Keep up with industry trends, regulations, and new insurance products to better serve our clients.
- Identify Growth Opportunities - Spot opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional coverage, helping clients get the most comprehensive protection available.
