About the role
The SHES Assurance and Systems Specialist is part of a Global Safety Health Environment and Security (SHES) team which will support the Manager SHES Assurance and Governance in :
- The implementation of the SHES audit and verification framework which is embedded in all levels of our operations (corporate, regional and site) to verify compliance with our Safety Management system and to understand if our operations are managing our SHES risks.
- Sharing SHES improvement opportunities identified through our audit and verification activities.
- Management and update of our Orica SHES Management System as required (including document management in our database).
- Facilitation of review and translation of Corporate documents which apply across our operations.
- Collaboration with other roles within the SHES network across Orica.
