">Job Summary
This role will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, reliability, and optimal performance of electrical, instrumentation, and distributed control systems (DCS) equipment on site. Key responsibilities include conducting analyses, inspections, and evaluations to identify potential issues and improve system performance, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and collaborating with site teams and global asset management teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing system performance and longevity.
">Main Responsibilities
- Perform reliability analysis on electrical, instrumentation, and DCS systems using statistical tools and methodologies
- Develop strategies to improve the reliability and performance of electrical, instrumentation, and DCS systems
- Assist with the implementation of the site Alarm Management Philosophy, including DCS changes
- Liaise with maintenance teams to support and ensure timely execution of maintenance activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, instrumentation engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a chemical plant or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation principles, and distributed control systems (DCS)
- Proven experience with reliability engineering techniques, including root cause analysis and failure mode effects analysis
