We are looking for a skilled and reliable CDL Class B driver to join our team at Orica. As a CDL Class B Driver - Transportation Professional, you will be responsible for transporting bulk explosives to local construction sites and mines, while ensuring the safe operation of our equipment.
This is a challenging role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Transport bulk explosives to customers using Mobile Mixing Units
- Load and unload products at construction sites and mines
- Maintain equipment and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Work safely and efficiently in a variety of weather conditions
Requirements
- Class B CDL license required
- Tanker endorsement preferred
- Hazmat endorsement preferred
- At least one year of experience driving and/or handling materials preferred
