This role will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, reliability, and optimal performance of electrical, instrumentation, and distributed control systems (DCS) equipment on site. Key responsibilities include conducting analyses, inspections, and evaluations to identify potential issues and improve system performance, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and collaborating with site teams and global asset management teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing system performance and longevity.

- Ensure the integrity, reliability, and optimal performance of electrical, instrumentation, and DCS equipment on site
- Conduct analyses, inspections, and evaluations to identify potential issues and improve system performance
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with site teams and global asset management teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing system performance and longevity
- Develop and maintain integrity management programs, including risk-based inspection (RBI) and fitness-for-service (FFS) assessments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, instrumentation engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a chemical plant or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation principles, and distributed control systems (DCS)
- Proven experience with reliability engineering techniques, including root cause analysis and failure mode effects analysis
