Summary
We are seeking a seasonal Bartender available to work from May - September 2025. As a Bartender at Orienta Beach Club, you will be responsible for crafting delightful beverages and providing outstanding service to our members. This role is essential in enhancing the overall experience of our guests while contributing to the vibrant social atmosphere of the club.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests.
- Stay informed about new drink trends and menu items to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and cocktail recipes.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly JONAS, is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Avaliabiabilty:
- Orientation and Onboarding: May 9th, 10th, 16th & 17th.
- Must be available to work weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day
- Must be available to work: Memorial Day, Fathersday, Juneteenth, July 4th and Labor Day
