Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, Education or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
- Experience in a fast-paced customer interfacing role. 2 years of sales or equivalent role preferred
Other Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form
- Strong telephone sales skills/experience
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Possess high level of professionalism, ethics and confidence with an engaging personality and commitment to driving results
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle customers in a professional and courteous manner
