Overview
As our Personalization Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair & upkeep of personalization equipment and associated production equipment including machine setup, information download, software manipulation and product fixtures to facilitate personalization of merchandise. Equipment includes but is not limited to large format printers, laser engravers, embroidery machines, etc.
This position will take place at our Omaha (108th & I) location with the hours of Monday-Friday 10am-6:30pm

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic electromechanical troubleshooting skills and a strong mechanical aptitude are essential within this position
Education
- Technical degree in electronics diagnostics related to computer hardware service and support, related field equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
- Minimum two years experience in Electro-mechanical and pneumatic service and support
Other Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- General understanding of OSHA requirements regarding use and maintenance of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic equipment
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to squat and/or bend frequently
- Ability to reach overhead to 72” with both arms
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently
- Ability to occasionally lift 75 lbs
- Ability to carry up to 40 lbs a 10 foot distance
- Ability to occasionally push/pull totes and rolling carts with up to 50 lbs of force
- Ability to work in elevated work areas up to 28 feet high
- Ability to occasionally climb stairs and frequently utilize step stools to access assigned work zones and product
