The Director, Enterprise Solutions is responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients, building a strong pipeline of opportunities, and maintaining accurate documentation of sales activities. The primary goal will be to drive new business by selling the Origence arc Platform and any other assigned Origence products and services in an assigned area. This individual should improve the sales process as well as engage professionally with other Origence departments.

What You’ll Be Doing :
- Proper target prospecting : Utilizes sales tools and professional outreach to identify and properly prospect potential clients. Closely monitors pipeline and deploys best practices to grow the pipeline. Works closely with marketing and product teams to implement lead generation strategies. Engages & presents at applicable industry events and meetings.
- System Evaluation Process : Books and leads an informative discovery discussion with each interested prospect. With a deep understanding of our product offering and the pain points of the target prospect clients, the sales director works closely with the Sales Engineering Team to help present catered solutions to prospects. The Sales Director guides prospects through the evaluation process in a compelling fashion to a decision about the platform. Documents status and shares feedback with Product, Marketing, and Training.
- Entire Sales Cycle : Responsible from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. Coordinates Requests for Proposals, Statements of Work, Agreements, and other necessary items to properly usher a prospect to a closed won or closed loss opportunity. Properly introduces prospects that are deep in the system evaluation stage to the implementation and client experience teams. Ensures outreach activities are documented weekly within Salesforce.

The starting salary range for this full-time position is $100,600 - $125,800 per year generous commission plan. This base pay will take into consideration internal equity, candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge and experience among other factors. Origence maintains a highly competitive compensation program.
