POSITION OVERVIEW
OPB is looking for a Customer Program Assistant to work closely with the Director of Cost & Pricing and Assistant Program Manager (Programs/Pricing team). We will work as a team to effectively and efficiently provide pricing support for our nationwide sales team and representatives. This role will specifically provide support to the Programs/Pricing team with regards to OPB systems and processes which will enable the Programs/Pricing team to generate customer programs more rapidly. This support role will work primarily within Excel databases and the OPB ERP system. OPB is aggressively pursuing new business both via new customer and expanding product categories which has generated the need for this position. This role will report directly to the Assistant Program Manager. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, accountable, and dependable individual who works well as part of a team. Potential for future career growth within the Programs/Pricing department will exist for this role.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain OPB systems and documents with respect to customer pricing and product specifications.
· Creating and maintaining customer price levels and prices in an Oracle NetSuite ERP environment
· Provide support to OPB Customer Service team with regards to customer program and product inquiries
· Other projects as determined by Assistant Program Manager, Director of Costs & Pricing, or Executive Vice President.
Job Requirements:
· High School Graduate or GED
· Experience in Excel databases, data management, and Microsoft Office skills required
· Previous experience with Oracle/NetSuite ERP systems a plus
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
· Excellent attention to detail
· Able to efficiently and effectively work with other team members while either in the Summerville corporate office or home office
