What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Manager - Global Consolidations and Financial Reporting position at Origin Staffing?
We are searching for a hands-on Accounting Manager – Global Consolidations and Financial Reporting to oversee several direct reports while leading the internal financial reporting and multi-entity consolidations within a growing private equity firm. The position will also be part of special projects (including financial system upgrades), international expansion initiatives and more.
Company / Team / Position highlights:
- The hired individual will have visibility with internal business partners (including Senior Management and C-Level) as they drive this function forward.
- The position will interact internally with FP&A, Compliance and Investment Teams. The manager will also serve as the main point of contact with external auditors.
- Responsibilities include overseeing corporate financial statement preparation, quarterly global consolidations, international entity financial statement preparation, review of capital allocation transactions, P&L trending analysis, accounting policy research projects, FP&A team joint project management, treasury / cash management financial reporting and analysis.
- 2 direct reports (Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant), with possibility of more reports as the company grows.

Qualifications:
- 6 years of relevant experience (Corporate Accounting with complex consolidations, prior Audit experience is helpful, financial system skills.)
- Excellent communication and ability to be an effective business partner with Senior Management to drive new projects forward.
- CPA is preferred (not required)
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, desire to mentor and develop staff
- Midsize to large company experience is very helpful. Any industry works, FS / Private Equity is a nice to have but not required.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
