- Will collaborate closely with the Chief Accounting Officer to develop and execute a strategic operating plan to improve integration across accounting teams and enhance internal business partnerships, leveraging effective data storytelling through tracking of KPIs and ongoing business reviews to create compelling executive presentations that support the CAOs goals, prioritizing impactful functions and keeping up with evolving standards, and ensuring long-term alignment and awareness with change management efforts. Plus, ample opportunity for special projects that support the CFO, CAO, and Corporate Accounting team

Qualifications
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar; Graduate degree or professional certification is plus
- 10 years of experience - may come from public accounting, finance, consulting, or relevant field with strong foundational accounting knowledge (experience with financial services is a plus)
