We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Associate with desire for broad responsibilities within a global investment firm (HQ based position).

This will include printed collateral, digital web content, and content delivered through email marketing software. This individual will also assist with ad hoc projects and general marketing responsibilities across events, content and communications, as needed.
- This is a global, hands-on role, ideal for a self-starter. The associate will work effectively with the marketing team and key stakeholder groups to help implement a firm-wide strategy.
- Position will partner closely with Compliance to ensure all materials meet regulations.
- Understanding how Private Equity firms are structured is very helpful, as this position will also support portfolio company investments through showcasing the partnerships. The position will create content for social media channels, including LinkedIn and Instagram; maintain graphic files and prepare tracking reports (website) to inform marketing trends.
- The company invests in their employees and provides the resources for the Marketing team to stay up-to-date with new technology and aware of new regulations.
- The position is part of tight knit Marketing team & takes care of all related work on a global scale. There is cross-functional interaction with Investment Teams, Investor Relations, Operations & Business Development.
- Hybrid Schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days work from home) – set in stone across the company, fyi. However, there is plenty of flexibility as needed for occasional situations that required additional work from home.

Qualifications:
- 4 years of relevant marketing experience
- Bachelor’s Degree – Required
- Experience in industries such as: Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, Investment Banking or Management Consulting is very beneficial.
- Excellent communication & professional polish. Desire & ability to interact with all levels of the organization is essential.
- Technical abilities with Adobe, Canva and Photoshop is a plus
