Staff Accountant, Global Expenses - Private Equity Firm

• Highly visible role at a top private equity firm with cross-functional partnerships in Corporate Finance, Accoutning, Tax, Legal, and numerous external business partners
• Join the broader Corporate Finance team and maintain expense reimbursement operations, including auditing reports, managing payments (ACH, wire, check), and ensuring policy compliance; training new hires on T&E processes, resolving employee inquiries, and maintaining accurate documentation; and performing account reconciliations and driving data-informed improvements in cash reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; Advanced degree or certification is a plus
• 1 years of experience managing expenses and reimbursements - may come from accounts payable, billing, or other financial operations roles for mid to large-sized companies in any industry (real state or alternative investment exposure is a plus) - Those will relevant Co-ops will be considered in lieu of full-time experience
• Strong sense of professionalism with a customer-service mindset and ability to navigate conversations with all levels of the organization
