Responsibilities

As the Park Operations Manager at The Strawberry Inn, you'll ensure the property runs like a well-oiled machine. Your key duties will include :

Providing concierge services, troubleshooting issues, and making guests feel special.

Hiring and managing the cleaning staff to ensure immaculate accommodations.

Conducting quality control checks to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Being on-call in the evenings to promptly address guest concerns.

Overseeing repairs and coordinating with contractors to maintain the property year-round.

Assisting the cleaning team and accommodating special guest requests as needed.

Qualifications

Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of delivering quality service.

Master of team building, hiring, and leadership.

Reliable transportation.

Must relocate Pine or Strawberry.

5 years of experience in hospitality or retail, with at least 3 years in a management role.

Must have a heart for Hospitality.
