- This is a remote role and can be located anywhere in the US, but needs to abide by East coast working hours and collaborate with partners across various global time zones
Project & Workflow Management
- Track incoming asset submissions and approvals using Monday.com or similar workflow tools
- Maintain up-to-date status reports, deadlines, and partner communications
- Coordinate asset review timelines and escalate delays or issues to the Creative Operations Manager
- Review submitted creative assets for alignment with brand guidelines and IP requirements
- Draft clear, constructive first-pass feedback using internal resources and past precedent
- Escalate non-standard or complex creative issues to the Brand Creative Manager and/or Social Media Manager as appropriate
- Organize, summarize, and deliver consolidated feedback to international partners in a timely fashion
- Serve as the point of contact for international partners submitting brand creative for review
- Provide timely updates, feedback, and next steps while maintaining a professional and supportive tone
- Field basic questions and redirect more complex inquiries appropriately
- Occasional availability for calls with international partners in other time zones may be required
- Coordinate with the Brand Creative Manager and/or Social Media Manager to clarify and align feedback when needed
- Partner with Creative Operations to ensure workflow tools and best practices are followed
- Assist with documentation and process refinement as appropriate
- 3 years of experience in brand management or creative project management
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and design review processes
- Ability to navigate various partner and IP/licensor workflows and systems
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to draft concise, tactful feedback
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
- Prior experience working with licensors, entertainment brands, or creative teams is a plus
- Design experience not required but basic design literacy is helpful
- Part-time, hourly contractor role (12-20 hours/week, with some variance based on project life cycles)
- Duration: Through July 2025 to start, with potential for extension based on workload Must be available during standard U.S. working hours for cross-functional collaboration
