Position Responsibilities:
Assist our Chief of Staff in daily operations and support across multiple brands
- Assist in scheduling needs, managing Chief of Staff’s calendar and meeting requests.
- Own daily to do list that includes various ad hoc tasks across multiple entities, including but not limited to running errands between businesses, ordering marketing supplies and various items for all businesses, etc.
- Maintain and develop filing system through box.com and Google drive.
- Work closely with third party accounting team to assist in monthly reconciliation of accounts.
- Assist CEO with any personal tasks/items.
- Directly report to Chief of Staff to assist in various projects across all entities. Owning deadlines and milestone completion.
- Responsible for some project management upkeep using Trello platform.
- Responsible for mail sortment, front desk welcome/check-in, etc.
- Ordering and maintaining of office supplies.
- Communication to team, vendors, and affiliates etc. via email/phone on behalf of Chief of Staff.
Position Requirements:
- Highly coachable with a strong desire to learn.
- Operates at a fast pace with high energy and focus.
- Team-first attitude
- At least 1 year experience in an administrative role
- 1 year experience in project management role or similar preferred
- Highschool diploma or GED
Position Details:
- This position requires presence in office three days per week with work-from-home flexibility the remaining two.
Candidate must successfully complete a background check and drug test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
